Good morning Brethren
I bring you new month greetings in the name of our Lord & saviour Jesus Christ.
I am pleased to announce the relaunch of the CLASFON MONTHLY NEWSLETTERS, aimed at enhancing visibility and publicity for the activities, missions, and projects of our esteemed Fellowship.
This communication serves to inform all stakeholders of their roles in ensuring the success of this important endeavor.
Expected Actions
All National Directors, Regional Coordinators, and Branch Executives are hereby directed to take the following actions:
1. Distribution of Newsletters: Ensure widespread dissemination of each edition of the Newsletter (in soft copy) to all members within your Branch and the wider NBA community.
2. Testimony Submissions: Promptly forward notable testimonies shared during Branch meetings or reported by members to natpublicitysec@clasfon.org for inclusion in the dedicated "Testimonies Column."
3. Documentation of Activities: Submit high-quality photographs and reports of Fellowship meetings and activities to the National Publicity Secretary. Branches demonstrating innovative activities will be featured in the special "Branch of the Month" section.
4. Icon Recognition: Provide details of distinguished members within your Branch, including Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs), Judges, past leaders, and other notable personalities who could be celebrated as "Icon of the Month."
5. Advertisement Opportunities: Announce and encourage members to utilize the advertising platform offered by the Newsletter for promotions with national reach.
6. Membership Engagement: Consistently encourage all members to engage with the Newsletter, which has been designed to be educative, informative, inspiring, interesting, and intriguing.
